To my dear friends and supporters of the wonderful Cuddle Craft Collective. {KID} independent has been so proud to support this wonderful cause to raise funds for the beautiful children of Bonga, Ethiopia. So far, through your generous auction bids, we have managed to raise over double our original goal of $2000.
We are now headed towards $5000 and with your help, we believe that we can reach this goal by the end of bidding at 5pm today (25 March, 2012). To help us hit the big 5k, two lovely ladies, Natasha from MEND by Ruby Grace and Katy from Little YoYo Styles, have graciously offered two last minute goodies for auction. The winning bidder will have the chance to work with Natasha from MEND by Ruby Grace to create a custom doll, with a choice of yarn or felt hair, moveable arms sewn on with vintage buttons, removable clothing, colours and trims, etc. Bidding starts at $20 and ends at 5pm on Sunday 25 March. It’s valued at around $85, but the experience will be priceless.
